- To protect your property, we offer several solutions. First, our
facility is brightly lit from dusk to dawn. Camera surveillance is provided
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is recorded on DVD should it ever be
needed. Only customers with an authorized PIN number for the electronic gate
can access the storage area. In addition, our perimeter fence is protected
electronically from outsiders attempting to gain unauthorized access.
Lastly, while we offer covered storage for those customers interested in
protecting their vehicle from the sun and rain, our uncovered storage area
is clear of trees that can drop unwanted debris on your vehicle. It is our
hope that these extra measures will provide you both with protection and
peace of mind.

- We also understand that you want convenience when storing your boat or
RV. Our facility and location give you that convenience. Our terms are month
to month, so you have no long term contract to worry about. You are provided
with a PIN code for the entry gate, and you are able to access your vehicle
during gate hours 7 days per week. Wash down facilities are available on
site.

- We are conveniently located in the Parktowne Industrial Center, which is
located 1/2 mile west of US1 on Park Avenue in Edgewater, FL. This is
just 2.4 miles south of State Road 44 in New Smyrna Beach, and minutes
from I-95. For boat owners, there are numerous boat ramps located
within a few miles. Access to the facility from any direction is easy with
wide paved roads. RV owners especially like the location with nearby
interstate and major highways.
